Mark Felgate (England)  "A good mix of stand-up, wacky voices, noises and verbal acrobatics.”  TIME OUT Magazine - London

Mark Felgate is a comedian with unique talents. His amazing abilities as a ventriloquist, combined with a crazy sense of humour, have helped him become a popular act on the London stand-up comedy circuit as well as internationally, with performances in France, Holland, Cyprus, Germany and Eastern Europe. He began his stand-up comedy career in 1996 and in that short time, Mark has won awards and much praise for his unique and hilarious performances.

Mark creatively uses his voice to give hilarious routines on school life, freaking out drunks and the strangeness of censorship. His performances include a whole bunch of wacky voices, noises and vocal acrobatics. In addition to being a unique stand-up comedian, Mark is also an accomplished actor and presenter who has featured in numerous short films, worked with the BBC and Channel 5, a popular choice at the Edinburgh festival as well as being the host of  Nickelodeon TV for a number of years. To sum up, he’s a bright and breezy kind of guy, very likeable, sufficiently crazy with a good connection with his audience!

Kim Hope (Australia) "..Hope is tall and beautiful and the audience loves her..." - ELLE Magazine, Australia

London-based comedian and actress, Kim Hope has performed stand up and solo shows across her native Australia and internationally, as well as appearing regularly both on Australian TV and on stage. Kim Hope launched into stand-up comedy at the end of 1994 and soon found her mix of physical humour, clever insights and hysterical observations and she quickly became a force to be reckoned with on the Australian live comedy circuit.

She's dynamic, charming, enthusiastic, animated and so powerfully upbeat that it's impossible not to like her. An hour in her effortless good company simply flies by. It is always a good thing to see comedians really enjoying themselves on stage, which Kim always manages to do and it's even more pleasurable when we see that translate to laughs from her audiences.

Within a few minutes of her entrance, we know this is one rollercoaster ride we are going to enjoy. With an extremely expressive face, Hope is a very talented performer with a fantastic stage charisma! She suddenly becomes on fire in front of large audiences as she bursts onto the stage and maintains an unstoppable, cartoonish pace throughout her show so 'hold tight and fasten your seatbelts!

Kevin Shepherd (England) “Very popular, with a warm and likeable stage persona” - The Comedy Club

Kevin Shepherd, a warm and likeable comedian, is brilliant at keeping the laughter rates at a high level. Kevin's friendly face and manic energy are proving successful with all types of audience. Originally from the costal town of Bognor Regis, Kevin moved to London in 2002 with a burning ambition to become a successful stand up comic. Quickly, Kevin began to impress audiences gaining a positive reputation as a new act on the circuit becoming nominated for various Comedy awards.

Since then, Kevin has featured at comedy clubs up and down the UK and renowned venues such as The Comedy Store and The Comedy Café - he's even travelled as far as Bahrain! Not only is Kevin a comedian, he has also had experience of writing comedy and recently, even a body-doubling role for Ralph Fiennes as Voldermort in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

As a devoted lover of cars, it's easy to understand why he based the inspiration for his 2011 one-man show «Caronicle» on the various cars he's owned throughout his lifetime combined with observations of his own life journey. Kevin has a lively charismatic charm as well as one liner jokes as well as being a good storyteller on stage.

The main idea behind this project is to promote new ways of urban entertainment in Croatia, and to bring the experience of live English speaking comedy to this country. The man behind the project is Nino Bantić. Croatian by origin, who has lived and worked in London as a television news editor for 15 years. As a journalist, he has covered some of the most devastating wars of our times, and as a successful radio comedian in Zagreb he was a founding member of the legendary cult comedy group "Zlocesta Djeca" (Naughty Kids). Since 2010, Nino has been doing standup comedy acts in London.

Following the success of the first show back in November, we promised you all we'd be back for another show early in 2012. For those who had the chance to see the show with Paddy, Christophe and Steve, here's a little piece of nostalgia to get you in the mood for the the next dose of laughter in Čakovec. For those who missed it last time, this will give you an idea iof what to expect....
