Raised in Watford, England, Peter has had an interesting journey to get himself where he is today. Before setting up business and establishing himself in Croatia, Peter lived and worked in the cities of Paris, Marseille, Budapest and Granada, as well as the Islands of Madeira, Malta and Mallorca. After 3 years in Rovinj on the Croatian coast, he packed his bags one last time, heading inland towards Varaždin.

As a qualified Business English trainer with over 10 years of experience, Peter has attended the institute of leadership and management and also London School of Media and TV. With a passion for creating and sharing ideas, Peter thrives on thinking outside the box and has admiration for those who take the risks moving them forward.

 

Proudly, he is part of the specialised team of Cambridge University ESOL Oral examiners for International exams held in Croatia and Slovenia. He also writes EFL task materials for Croatian publishers, and recently became an author for Profil International. He continues to write articles and presents workshops independently and on behalf of the British Council Croatia and creatively takes his teambuilding events on the road to conferences within Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia. His range of editorial clients include publishers, hotel chains, numerous Croatian bi-lingual magazines together with small and large companies who understand the importance of natural-sounding, error-free text. In a nutshell, there's no job too big or small.

 

For the past eight years, Peter sharpens his inspiration and management skills as Centre Director of a British Council accredited UK Summer School and is European sales consultant recruiting agents and assisiting individuals and groups. In 2010, Peter proudly joined forces with Udruga urbani ured bringing international 'English speaking' stand-up comedy acts from London to Croatia, performing at theatres, clubs and festivals under the project name of London Calling.

When he’s not writing, training or presenting, Peter always makes time to enjoy a good cup of tea and is unquestionably, Croatia’s biggest English football fan courageously following the misfortunes of Watford Football Club. Peter is a strong French speaker, married to Petra, and is the proud father to Lana-Maria and Nina who both have a combination of Croatian, English, Maltese and Italian origins.

 

And to top it all, he's a really nice guy.
